10 Conﬁguring Digital Receptionist (IVR)

Much can be customized and congured with the IVR options. If you have your Inbound

Route set up to point to the IVR your creating you simply just need to make sure “Enable

Direct Dial” is checked. No announcements needed, recordings or any other settings. You

will then be able to call into the ToolVox and be able to enter in the Extension Number of the

Business Phone or Code Blue device you’re trying to reach. If using Blue Alert and want to

route inbound calls select Misc Destinations below.
